How to make
Peel one potato and cut it into cubes.
Boil it in salted water. Pour the peas into the pot as well. After the water boils, boil for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the finely chopped mint and leave the pot on the stove for another 1 minute. Strain the vegetables in a colander.
Mash them with a potato press. Season the finished puree with salt and ground black pepper.
The vegan potato and pea puree is very tasty.
