How to make
The potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into thin slices. Arrange half the potatoes in a suitable container, add the peas and distribute them evenly on top, then add the remaining potatoes.
Sprinkle with the spices and some salt. Mix the egg and milk, stir well and pour them evenly over the potatoes. Add a little butter and oil in a thin stream.
The dish is now ready for baking. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35-40 minutes, or until ready.
