How to make
The day before, soak the peas in water. Take them out the next day and the peas have already swollen and are ready to use.
Put the peas in a pot with a steam rack and boil them for about 5 minutes.
Put cabbage juice in the blender and then the peas. Add more cabbage juice so that it is 3 fingers above the peas.
It will thicken a lot, that's why we have added more cabbage juice.
Turn on the blender and blend the mixture very well. Using this method you can also prepare it with chickpeas and lentils.
