How to make
Stew the peas in a little water and olive oil, until they soften. Check the amount of water, so that the water doesn't evaporate and the peas burn.
Don't throw away the water from stewing, you can use it later for the puree.
Pour the peas into a blender and prepare the puree.
Once you think it's ready, blend with some of the water, until you get a smooth consistency. For pureeing, it is best to use a blender.
Seal it in small jars and if desired, sterilize the pea puree for babies for 10 minutes in boiling water for a longer shelf life.
