How to make

The zucchini is thoroughly washed, cleaned and cut into small cubes and placed in a pot, the carrot is also cleaned, washed well, peeled and grated over the zucchini.

Pour enough cold water over the zucchini and carrot to cover them and put them on low heat until they are completely cooked.

After the vegetables are cooked, remove them with a slotted spoon and put them in the bowl of the blender, add the butter and blend.

We can add some of the broth in the pot until the desired thickness is obtained.

Baby puree can be filled in sterilized jars and closed while still warm and when prepared they are stored in the refrigerator and can be consumed up to 48 hours after they are closed.

The baby puree with zucchini and carrots is ready.
