How to make
Wash, clean and chop the vegetables with a sharp knife. Steam the vegetables in mineral water.
Peel the peppers and puree them, by adding some of the broth.
Dissolve two measuring spoons of formula in a little mineral water. Add the baby puree and stir.
The recipe is for two meals of 7 oz (200 g).
Do not use this puree the next day.
The vegetables are pureed just before eating them, in order to keep them as fresh as possible.
It's suitable for babies over 6 months. Have a consultation with your pediatrician.
