  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • milk - 500 ml
  • white cheese - 50 g
  • water - 500 ml
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • basil - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

Pour the oil and butter into the pan and stew the finely chopped garlic cloves in them and a little water.

Sprinkle with basil and gradually add the flour, by stirring constantly. Season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Pour hot water a little at a time and after it - the milk.

Stir the kachamak until the water boils. Smooth it out with a spoon soaked in water and sprinkle it with the crumbled cheese.
