How to make
Clean the bream and shape the four fillets. Save their skin and remove the bones from them.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into slices. It is good to choose larger ones as they will turn into chips.
Pour olive oil into a pan and fry the garlic until it aquires a golden brown color and it is important, that it does not burn.
Remove the garlic chips and place them onto a plate and add salt to the pan in the same fat and the fish fillets on top with the skin facing down. Fry them for 2 minutes on each side.
They should be fried on a high heated hob, so that they can form a crust, but the inside of the fried fish should remain tender.
Once the sea bream is ready, remove it from the pan. Add the lemon juice to the fat, and reduce the heat.
Pour the resulting sauce over the fish, drizzle it with a little olive oil, sprinkle slices of garlic and finely chopped fresh parsley.
Serve the pan-fried garlic sea bream with a glass of your favorite white wine or another drink of your choice!
