How to make
Wash the sea bream fillets and pat dry. Salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it and place the fillet with the skin side up.
Fry for 2 minutes and turn. After two more, remove the fried fish and place it on a plate.
Serve the pan-fried sea bream fillet with tomatoes or a side dish of choice.
