How to make
Wash the potatoes and boil them until semi-cooked. Peel them and cut them into slices.
Fry them until golden on both sides.
Add the peeled garlic cloves.
At the end of frying, pour the cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt.
Before serving, sprinkle the fries with grated cheese and finely chopped dill.
