How to make
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into slices and arrange them in a tray as shown in the picture.
Pour them with 2 cups of water in which the vegetable broth has been dissolved, followed by the cream and the butter cut into small pieces.
Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper and a little smoked paprika.
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until done.
Finally, sprinkle them with finely chopped spring onions.
The potatoes with cream and butter are ready.
