How to make
At the bottom of a clay pot pour the chopped spring onion. Arrange the tomato slices on top and lightly season them with salt.
Place the slice of white cheese on top of the tomato and sprinkle it with black pepper and paprika. Arrange the slices of yellow cheese and place the clay pot in a non preheated oven.
Turn the oven on at 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 20 minutes. Take out the clay pot and make a nest in the middle, crack an egg in it and return it back into the oven, until it is fully cooked and poached.
Serve it with a hot pepper.
The oven-baked white and yellow cheese is very tasty.
