  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • yogurt - 3 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.

measures

How to make

Knead the minced meat with the eggs, breadcrumbs and grated onion.

Pour the soda into the yogurt. After 3-4 minutes, add it to the minced meat.

Season it with the listed spices and knead it for 5 minutes.

Leave the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so it can absorb the flavors and set.

Form ping pong sized meatballs and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) until they're nicely browned (about 30 minutes).

Before taking them out of the oven, sprinkle the the meatballs with yellow cheese.
