Ingredients

  • minced meat - 2.9 lb (1.3 kg)
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 4, 2 boiled and 2 raw for the kneading
  • processed cheese - 5 oz (140 g)
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • savory herb - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - to taste
  • smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Clean the mushrooms and finely chop them.

Boil two eggs, grate them and add them to the mushrooms.

Add minced meat and all of the other products to them. Knead very well.

Leave the finished minced meat for meatballs in the refrigerator to rest for about 15 minutes.

Line a tray with baking paper and arrange the meatballs.

Bake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes on both sides.
