How to make

Grate the onion finely. Add it to the mince, add the breadcrumbs, mixed with water, then the egg and spices.

Knead the mince and leave it to take in all the spices. For the sauce, peel the onions, chop them finely and put them in an oiled oven dish, and the dish in the oven.

Add the carrots and peppers, chopped into pieces, and saute briefly. Add the paprika, pour in a little water to cover the vegetables and cook until the vegetables soften a bit.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into coarse pieces. Put them with the tomatoes in the oven dish.

Form meatballs, roll them in flour and arrange them in the oven dish.

Add the tomato paste, season with salt and spices. Pour in a little warm water if needed and cook until the dish is left in just oil.
