How to make
Sprinkle salt and pepper over your turkey on all sides, place it on top of 2 lb (1 kg) of chopped sauerkraut in a baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven, turning it periodically and pour water over the sauerkraut.
Boil the remaining chopped sauerkraut with 4/5 cup (200 ml) of oil, 1 tablespoon paprika, the offal, wings and neck of the turkey.
Add them to the baking dish, add 2/5 cup (100 grams) rice and a little water. Bake the turkey finished.
