How to make
Dissolve the ammonium bicarbonate and baking soda in the yoghurt. Sift the flour. Melt the butter.
In the bowl with the sifted flour, pour in the yoghurt mixture, eggs, melted butter, salt and crumbled feta cheese. Knead a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it to sit about 30 min.
Divide the resulting dough into balls, then roll them out. Cut it into rhombuses using a sharp knife, fold diagonally.
Arrange them in an oiled tray. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) about 30 min.
