How to make
Clean the peppers, grease them inside and outside with a little olive oil and salt and bake in a preheated 390°F (200-degree) oven.
Cut the cheese in the shape of the tray in which you will bake it. My advice is to be a clay, small tray. I prepare it in two round clay pots 6″ (15 cm) in diameter, cutting two circles of yellow cheese of 5.3 oz (150 g) each.
At the bottom of the dish, grease with olive oil and arrange half of the peppers - peeled. Sprinkle with a little oregano, and, if desired, you can put sliced garlic.
Place the yellow cheese tiles, sprinkle with the remaining oregano and top with the remaining peppers.
Bake the yellow cheese in an oven preheated to 390°F (200 degrees) until the cheese is golden and appetizing.
