How to make
Put the flour, dry yeast and sugar in a deep bowl. Fill it with warm water. Stir and add salt.
Knead the dough, pour in the oil and knead again. Leave it to rise for an hour.
Fry the onion and minced meat in olive oil and season it with salt and black pepper.
Roll out the dough and spread it with the peeled tomato. Sprinkle it with grated gouda and place the smoked meat on the gouda.
Bake the delicious pizza for 10 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees). Add paprika, beans, corn and pour the beaten egg over it.
Bake it for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the Mexican pizza with oregano and serve it while it's warm.
