How to make
Soak crumbled bread in the milk for 2 min. Then mix it with the mince, onion, egg and coriander. Season with salt and pepper and knead well.
Form 28 small meatballs from the mixture.
Combine the tomato paste and the broth and boil them. Put in the meatballs and bring to a boil once again. Turn down the stove and boil about 20 min.
Take out the ready meatballs into a plate and garnish with sprigs of coriander.
