How to make
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard and tomato puree. Spread a wrap with the sauce.
Arrange the meatballs on one half, the cut into thin slices, pickles, tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and herbs mix.
Fold it in half, bake it on both sides and enjoy the finished quesadilla.
Serve the Mexican Quesadilla with Meatballs and Yellow Cheese, cut in half.
