  • rusks - 3 pcs.
  • sesame - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • pickles - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 and 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 5 tbsp.

How to make

Soak the rusks briefly in water and then add them crumbled to the minced meat.

Cut the cucumbers and yellow cheese into small strips. Add the sesame seeds, salt to the minced meat, mix well, add the fat and knead again.

Form a ball and spread it out with your palm and add yellow cheese and cucumbers. Connect both ends so the products remain on the inside. Arrange the meatballs in a greased pan.

Bake at 370°F (190 degrees).
