How to make
Mix the minced meat with all of the spices. Leave it to sit aside for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator and cover it with foil.
Form meatballs by placing a piece of yellow cheese and a little cream cheese in the middle.
Shape them well so that they do not crack during frying. Fry them in hot oil.
Boil the eggs and garnish with a cucumber rose, olives, egg and lettuce leaves.
