Ingredients

  • peppers - 2 green + 4 red
  • corn - 7 oz (200 g) boiled
  • beans - 3.5 oz (100 g) canned
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • water - 2 tbsp
  • vinegar
  • salt

How to make

Peel the roasted red peppers and cut them into strips.

Cut the raw green ones into elongated strips.

Add the corn, beans and finely chopped onions, then mix well. Prepare a marinade from the oil, vinegar, water and a little salt and season the salad.

Sprinkle cheese generously on top.
