How to make
Drain the beans and corn from their sauce and mix them in a bowl.
Clean the peppers of their seeds and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and cut it into round slices. Mix the ingredients together with the ones in the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mashed garlic, sugar, salt, lemon juice, black pepper and chili.
Serve the salad sprinkled with parsley and the second bowl with the sauce.
