  • beans - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • apples - 10.5 oz (300 g) (sweet - sour)
  • beetroots - 5.5 oz (150 g), boiled
  • vinegar - 2 1/2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil - or sunflower oil

How to make

Soak the beans for 7-8 hours. Boil them and strain.

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

Cut the beetroots into thin strips.

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil.
