How to make
The mushrooms are cleaned and cut into thin slices. In a wide pan, heat a tbsp olive oil and stew the mushrooms until slightly softened. If necessary, drain them and let them cool, them sprinkle them with a little salt.
Clean the core from the apples and cut them into thin crescents. Water them with a little fresh lemon juice.
Mix the sauce ingredients and the milk. In appropriate cups, spread the apples and mushrooms, pour on top with equal portions of the sauce and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion, then the shredded carrots.
If desired, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Serve salad immediately with a glass of chilled white wine.
