According to the original recipe you can boil the beans and chickpeas, but for those who don't have as much time and given that stores sell ready-made ones, you can also use canned beans and chickpeas.
Strain the canned red beans and chickpeas and pour them into a bowl. Add the three types of olives. Cut the spring onions and mint and add them to the salad.
Flavor it with a dressing of salt, vinegar and olive oil.
Sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper. Serve the salad garnished with fresh mint and mint sprigs.
