Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • roasted peppers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 2 onions
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • salt - by taste
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • oregano
  • savory herb
  • black pepper

How to make

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions and carrots. Once they aquire a golden color, add the liver, stir and season everything with salt and black pepper.

Fry them until they change color.

The roasted peppers are finely chopped and added into the pan. Stir and pour a little water, so that they do not burn. Add bay leaf and spices.
