Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic until it aquires a golden color.
Then add the ketchup and stir with a spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients (mustard, honey, soy sauce, salt, black pepper) and mix everything well and leave the marinade for the meat to simmer.
Once the sauce is ready, spread it on the ribs.
The longer the ribs stay in it, the better.
