How to make
Combine the liquid cream with the fat that's left over from the baking of the meatloaf. Put it in a pan on the stove, heat it and fry 2 tablespoons of flour in it. Stir vigorously and top up with the wine, then dilute with a little water.
Season with salt and black pepper and finally, after removing the thickened sauce from the heat, mix the cream in (you can make it without it).
