How to make
In a pot, heat the oil and fry the flour. When the flour bubbles add 2 cups of milk or whipped yoghurt.
Add a teaspoon of salt, and stir until it begins to separate from the sides of the pot. Remove from the heat and add 2 eggs. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth. If it becomes too thick, add another egg.
Pour and spread it evenly over the moussaka. Return the dish to the oven at maximum heat and once it starts to turn red, decrease the heat to prevent it from burning.
