How to make
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut the inside into cubes.
Combine it with the cilantro (I used parsley), lime and lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt in the jug of a food processor and puree, until smooth.
If your sauce is too thick, water can be added. Finally, as much salt as you like.
This Mexican Avocado Sauce is the perfect side dish for a variety of meats, tortilla chips, or whatever you like.
