How to make
In a chopper I put tahini, garlic, a pinch of salt and cumin and blend.
This is done as the base of hummus to become smoother and airy.
Peel 10.5 oz (300 g) of canned chickpeas and add them into the chopper with 2 tbsp. from its water.
Blend to the desired smoothness and serve it, sprinkled with very little olive oil.
Serve the classic homemade hummus with lavash.
