How to make
The hummus is prepared in a blender.
Strain the chickpeas from the water in the jar and blend them in a blender.
The olives must be pitted. They are also added to the blender along with the garlic and sesame tahini.
Add olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon and blend again with a blender.
If your hummus is very thick, you can add a little chickpea water, if you like.
Season the homemade hummus with olives with salt and black pepper.
