How to make
Wash the calf livers well. Remove the skins and chop the livers in 4-5 portions. Heat up the oil and fry both sides of the meat. Place the fried livers in a warm area and get ready to prepare the sauce.
Dice the onion, parsley (finely) and shred the carrot, then mix them with the butter. Add salt and black pepper. Place the mixture in a porcelain container and heat up, while being careful not to let it reach boiling point. Add lemon juice for flavor.
Serve the livers warm, add salt and pour the warm butter sauce on top.
