Ingredients

  • livers - 17.5 oz (500 g), poultry or rabbit
  • onions - 2
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • spices - for the offal
  • oven bag

How to make

Wash the liver, strain it and cut it in pieces into a bowl. Add the coarsely chopped onion and spices. Sprinkle with oil and mix very well.

Place into an oven bag and tie it. Pierce the bag with a needle in several spots and place it in a tray on the middle element of a preheated oven.

Bake at 370°F (190 °C) for 30-40 minutes.

Absolutely beautiful I made it a few times my partner said it wouldn't be nice but the minute he tasted it he loved it as well its now on regular rotation In our house so thank you so much for sharing your recipe
