  • veal - 0.9 lb (400 g) cut into pieces
  • potatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1 medium - sized onion
  • carrots - 2
  • celery - 1/2 stalk
  • tomato sauce - 2 oz (50 g) of fresh pizza sauce
  • roots for soup - 2 pinches dried
  • oregano - 2 pinches
  • thyme - 2 pinches
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp. grinded
  • smoked paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 2 pinches of grain mix
  • dry white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Oven - 360°F (180°C). Large oven proof bag.

The veal is cleaned of any veins and small fat. Wash under running water, dry. Place in a baking bag.

Fresh vegetables are cleaned and cut - carrots into wedges, onions into strips, celery is chopped, potatoes are cut into large pieces. Everything is poured over the meat.

Add all the additional spices according to the recipe, pour the pizza sauce, add the wine and finish off with the fat on top.

The bag is closed and crushed between the palms. Place in a baking dish.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 90 minutes. The cooking time of the veal stew is noted after the liquid has boiled.
