How to make
The well-cleaned veal tripe is cooked, until it's ready. Strain and cut it into large pieces.
Transfer it into a baking pan and season it with salt, black pepper, crushed garlic.
Pour in the melted butter or oil and the appetizer is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) in a baking pan, until it becomes crispy.
The Oven-Baked Veal Tripe with Butter is served warm.
