How to make
The mushrooms are cleaned and their stumps are removed.
Arrange in an oiled tray, with their caps turned upside down.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with salt, pepper and garlic powder at your discretion and taste.
Put a piece of butter in each cap.
Bake in an oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
