How to make
Wash the liver with cold water and chop it into pieces.
In a separate container, mix the finely chopped parsley, garlic, onions, 1 tbsp flour, crumbled bay leaf and the vinegar.
Arrange the pieces of liver at the bottom of an oiled tray. Distribute the spice and vegetable mixture on top evenly.
Pour in 1 cup water and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 35 min. or until ready.
Serve the dish onto a bed of mashed potatoes.
