Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets
  • oil - 1/2 cup, for smearing the sheets when rolling them
  • for the stuffing
  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup (250 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • for smearing on top
  • eggs - 1
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) (cut into small pieces)
  • sesame seeds - white and black

How to make

Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and finally add the feta cheese.

Smear each phyllo pastry sheet with a little oil, sprinkle with the stuffing and wrap into a roll. Arrange in a circle in an oiled tray.
