How to make
The pumpkin is peeled and grated. Grated pumpkin, three spoons of sugar, three spoons of walnuts and three spoons of oil are placed in the filo pastry sheets.
Roll it up and place it in the tray. Put pieces of butter on the stacked filo pastry sheets and sprinkle with sugar.
The tikvenik is baked in an oven with the fan on at 390°F (200°C), without a fan 300°F (150°C).
The classic tikvenik with walnuts is ready.
