Ingredients

  • ladyfingers - 10 pcs.
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • espresso - 1 cup
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • rum - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

In two bowls, separate the egg white from the egg yolk.

Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt, until a white mixture is obtained. To the yolk, add 3 tbsp. of sugar and beat, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk and carefully add spoonfuls of the beaten egg whites.

Add the ground walnuts and homogenize the cream.

Brew a cup of strong coffee, add the rum and milk into it.

Dip the ladyfingers into the liquid and arrange the first row, pour the melted chocolate over them, then cover them with the mascarpone cream and arrange a second row of ladyfingers.

Spread generously with cream and pour the walnut tiramisu with chocolate melted in a water bath.
