How to make
Piece the pumpkin peel and grate it large on a grater. Peel and grate the quinces. In a deep bowl, mix the grated fruit, chopped nuts, cinnamon and sugar. Spread the pastry on the table.
Prepare a rectangular baking tray, greased with oil. Take 2 sheets of filo and put it in the pan. Spread thinly with oil. Cover with sprinkled stuffing. Alternate the stuffing and pastry sheets, the last layer is crust.
Pre-cut into pieces. Along the edges, sprinkle with pieces preheated butter. Put to bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle while still warm, with plenty of powdered sugar.
