Ingredients

  • water - 1 cup
  • flour - 3 cups + a bit more for rolling out
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 - 2 pinches

How to make

Mix the flour, water, vinegar, sugar and salt and gradually knead a smooth dough. Knead continuously and thoroughly until smooth.

Then divide it into 15 balls. Roll out each one into a thin sheet on a lightly floured surface. Each needs to become transparently thin.

Make a phyllo pastry with a filling of your choice.
