How to make
Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl and mix with the butter, cut into small cubes. Separately, mix the milk and eggs. Take one phyllo pastry sheet at a time and sprinkle it with a bit of feta cheese and butter.
Pleat the phyllo pastry sheets in a fan shape, while trying to get the feta cheese in the folds. Arrange the sheets in a greased tray from one end to the other and pour on the mixture of eggs and milk on top.
Pour in a trickle of oil. Distribute small knobs of butter and put the pleated phyllo pastry to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until ready.
