"Yeah, it`s a cake form. You didn`t think it was designed only for making cakes did you?"

Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 package (17.5 oz (500 g))
  • carbonated water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • oil - 1 small cup
  • eggs - 5
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp, or 1 packet of baking powder
measures

How to make

Melt the butter and set aside 1 cup (250 ml) of carbonated water. Mix everything else with the butter in a bowl.

Cut the phyllo pastry into snail shell shapes while still rolled up. Arrange a little bit of them at the bottom of a cake form, add the rest into the bowl with everything else and pour it into the cake form.

Pour the remaining carbonated water over it, so that the pie itself floats. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 40 minutes or until ready.
