How to make
Prepare the filling by mixing yogurt in a bowl with the 3 eggs, crumbled cheese, flour and oil. Take 2 sheets, smear them well with butter or oil, put the filling on and roll them up.
Arrange the sheets on a greased baking tray, folded. Top with the beaten eggs with soda water. After about five minutes, the pie is baked in a moderate oven, until it swells and becomes nice and red.
