Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g) of finely rolled pastry
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml), or use melted butter
  • for the dressing
  • carbonated water - 1 cup (250 ml), can use lemonade
  • eggs - 2

How to make

Prepare the filling by mixing yogurt in a bowl with the 3 eggs, crumbled cheese, flour and oil. Take 2 sheets, smear them well with butter or oil, put the filling on and roll them up.

Arrange the sheets on a greased baking tray, folded. Top with the beaten eggs with soda water. After about five minutes, the pie is baked in a moderate oven, until it swells and becomes nice and red.
