Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • carbonated water - 1 cup
  • feta cheese - to taste

How to make

Beat the eggs and oil, set aside about 1/2 cup of this mixture, top it off with carbonated water.

Set the cup aside for the topping.

To the rest of the mixture, add the yoghurt, 1/2 cup carbonated water, the flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Sprinkle 3-4 tbsp of the filling and feta cheese onto each sheet. Roll them up.

Arrange them in a cold over and pour on the set aside topping, then bake at 340°F (170 °C) with the fan on for about 30 min. Once it's ready, it'll be tasty and fluffy.
